Kitchen sink Oatmeal cookies

Kitchen sink Oatmeal cookies

* 1 cup Shortening

* 2 eggs

* 1 cup white sugar

* 1 tsp salt

* 1 tsp vanilla

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 1/2 cup white bean flour

* 1/2 cup tapioca flour

* 1/2 cup #1 flour mix

* 3 cups gluten free oats

* 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

* 1 cup raisins (optional)

* 1 cup co-co nut ( optional)

* 1 cup semi-sweet chips (optional)





* Preheat oven to 350

* Cream together the shortening and sugar.

* Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.

* Add in dry ingredients and mix well.

* Add in oats, raisins, nuts, co-co nut and or Chocolate by hand.

* Roll into 1 inch balls and space on a pan 2 Inches apart

* Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until done
